Domino's Pizza

Pizza is almost always great. App is usually awesome! Staff is friendly and efficient. The $3 tip yourself coupon is misleading! In order to take advantage of the coupon you have to eat pizza again the VERY next week. So if you eat Domino’s every week… your good. The advertisement seems a bit deceptive as the expiration is not mentioned!

Horrible experience. They said my apt no was not on the instructions. They did not need to be because I logged in to order which has my apt. no. Then I call them and they give excuses saying your apartment no is not on the order. I did not hear a sorry at all just the blame on the customer from the rude girl who answered the phone. I then called them back 20 minutes later inquiring about my order as they said the driver will be back. The same girl hung up on me. I would get fired at my job if I got hung up on. I will never order hear again, they charge you a delivery charge and are overpriced. You can get better pizza at a better price somewhere else. Avoid this Domino's.

Ordered pizza online only to wait 2 hours before receiving. Online tracker had said it was delivered hour before it even arrived. Talked with manager and was told they are short on drivers so I had to wait 2 Hours just for some pizza when I could have just picked it up myself hours earlier. Was told I would receive a refund and that never happened. Tried talking with store manager and was blown off being told I just need to talk to corporate.. overall 1 star, pizza I received was cold customer service was a joke the last time I’ll order from this location or from any location owned by this owner. I enjoy dominos very much, but after this I’ll just find somewhere else.

My family and I have been coast to coast. I have personally been to well over 25 Domino’s restaurants in the last 10 years. This is unquestionably, without compromise, THE BEST Domino’s pizza I have ever had. The food was delivered Hot! Tori brought our order to us So fresh out of the oven it was almost too hot to eat right away. This Store and its Employees are magnificent and hardworking members of the “best pizza makers in America” organization. AKA Dominos Amarillo TX. The order was flawless, perfect amount of toppings to cheese ratio. If you are in the area and reading this to decide if you can trust this store with your order... Just order already, you won’t regret it.

So i go to the dominoes web page to order a pizza a meatza pizza they ask when I would like it delivered, I say Thursday at 5pm,they write back and tell me the order has to be after 7pm, so I wait and wait and wait. I call at 8pm and ask where my pizza is and they tell me they have no order for me. What is the point of a website to take my order and charge me 28 dollars plus and then not deliver, dominoes just lost another customer.

I dont think ive gotten a single Order from them that hasnt taken a hour or more. Tonight it took the driver over 30 min to drive 10 min. To make it worse the pizza was cold after an 1hour an 9 min and the Manager let it go out. Like honestly not your customers fault that you refuse to hire more drivers. Also almost forgot the worst part I ordered a large pizza to get a Medium... Embarrassing
