Bourbon bacon a must try I've had it 2x now. Fries as always were tasty.
The place could use some TLC: out of cookies, flavors on drink machine lobby a little dirty. BTW I was there during lunch time.

I had made a request about not so much salt in the fries only because the last few times they had been super salty and I couldn't eat them. This time they were perfect and even the manager stuck her head out the window and told me if they were too salty that she would have made me more! That's going above and beyond especially in fast food!

I ordered two burgers add jalapeños, the man working the window asked if the 50 cent upcharge was okay. I said yes. He told me my price and I went to the window to pay. He never gave me a receipt so idk if he charged me for the jalapeños or not, but neither burger had any.
I wouldn't be so upset by it, but I was the only car in their parking lot, how is such a simple order so easily messed up.

The crew is amazing. They're so friendly and never once had anyone be rude. They have a smile and definitely are patient.

Was scheduled for a job interview at 9 am but the manager never showed up. This is the second Wendy's in Amarillo where the manager set up an interview time and was a no-show and they wonder why they are short staffed.

Ordered online, very convenient. Finnished in a timely fashion. The burger could've been wrapped better but it was very 🤤.

Clean place but my burger was undercooked for the 2nd time in a row. Granted the last time I went was 6 months ago. Still, not what i like to see from a fast food burger. The employee was a nice guy. Couldn't eat my 6 dollar burger though. Wont try them again for awhile.
