Sushi was pretty good and service was good. Prices were reasonable, the soup was ok, I am not a fan of misogyny or tofu, but was flavorful. Nice location. Small restaurant. Easy access with on street metered parking.

Really a 2 plus. Friendly staff and furiously busy chef owner. Literally a hole in the wall place with small kitchen. She cooks fast and quick food, fresh, not too bad for fast Japanese style food.

I have eaten in many Japanese restaurants in Sydney and around the world, and this is the best sushi I have ever had.

So good. We tried a variety of rolls on a couple of different visits. And, they were all delicious. We tried other items from the menu and were really pleased. The beef and rice was fantastic and the local spinach with sesame was excellent. The staff were great - friendly and informative. We enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back.

Used to be the go-to for me and my ex, and then sometime in 2014 something changed and I had several bad experiences. Stopped going there, but recently decided to give it another shot. Had 4 nigiri pairs, and they were excellent. Don't know how their rolls are these days, but their nigiri is back up to their prior quality.

I've had sushi just as tasty in Wyoming. There didn't appear to be anything exclusive to the Anchorage area on the menu. There was only one staff member working when I visited, and it took her at least 20 minutes just to get us drinks. Probably wouldn't visit again, and I wouldn't recommend Urban Sushi over any other restaurants in the area.

This place is OPEN on Sundays!! We came wanting sushi and she delivered!! Three of us all thought the sushi was DELICIOUS. She was very kind and friendly as well.

This little sushi place is big on flavor! Plate presentation was good and the variety of rolls is great too. Priced are reasonable. Enjoy!
