Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

The service was much better than the last chain restaurant we visited. The server was attentive & very friendly. She was great at her job. The food just okay for me. I liked my drink and it was very strong. My daughter loves this place and she picked it because she loves the mac & cheese and also the milk shake. She was very happy.

I ordered two burgers, French Fries and Onion Rings with two side salads and an order of Mozzarella sticks. When I called to let them know that we did not receive our salads, French Fries or Onion Rings, the manager Tara just said to call Door Dash to let them know the items are missing. She said she would be happy to make me a couple of salads, but I would have to come down and pick them up. She treated me like I was a nuisance, and she said the salads were in the same bag as the burgers and Mozzarella sticks. When I explained that there is no way anything else could fit in the one bag, she acted like I was lying. I love Red Robin but not the poor customer service.

Have been several times and it's not fancy but the burgers are what you come for. A little expensive but the staff is nice and they seat you quickly and it's a nice place when you want to get a burger and dine in instead of doing take out. Bottomless fries are always a fun bonus though we don't usually eat more than one plate.
