Taco Bell

No one in this place deserves a job. I had to get them to give me items I paid for because they gave me like 3 things and didn't make sure everything on my receipt was in the bag. Got home and and the two main items were burned and hard. Couldn't even bite through the hard, old, stale chalupa. Very bad customer service and very bad organization. I have been to two Taco Bell's in Anchorage and both are completely the worst experience I have ever had. Fire the manager and get someone who is not interested in horseplay in the kitchen.

I have been here twice in the past month and both times they sent me home saying they were only doing DoorDash. I understand that you are busy, but some drunk loser ordering food from his phone on his couch does not have priority over me physically driving over there and waiting in line for over twenty minutes. Do not say that you are open at night if you’re going to have me drive across town only to send me away after waiting in line. Jesus Christ.

This was a waisted trip and very disappointed how the Taco Bells are managed in aska. There were 12 customers that were in line and come to find out the were only taking orders for Door Dash. Shameful and talk about a loss of revenue! Doja Cat brought back the mexian pizza but it is a clash of values when management's priorities are put in the worng place ! Shameful!

Stood for a while at the counter waiting on someone to take my order. There were two employees eating at the high table in the dinning room. Watched one eating while wearing gloves and touching her mouth while eating. She then went directly to the food line and grabbed a tortilla to make someone’s food. I noped out really quick and was glad we didn’t not fit through the drive through because that’s just nasty! Follow Up: I sent a complaint via the Taco Bell website expressing my concerns with what I witnessed, its been two months and so far no response. I will assume they must be fine with what happened.

We waited about 20 mins in line, I was fine with that because, I know everyone is short staffed these days. However, despite my being gracious about the long wait, when the worker handed over our food she said, "This was a big hassle". I ordered 5 crunch wrap supremes and a taco party pack. Not sure why we were such a hassle🤷‍♀️
