Panda Express

Went here once, some idiot in a mustang nearly hit us racing through the parking lot while we were crossing to the restaurant. Food was just plain salty, and the rice was dry... Appropriate I guess since it was nearly dead slow. We chucked the food and went somewhere else after a few bites. I hope they've improved since then, would like to have a better experience than the last time if we ever decided to stop here again.

I am not going to be ordering from this location again. First, there was somehow a misunderstanding or error in the system that resulted in my food being given away rather than being picked up for delivery by doordash. Then, It took an hour to get that sorted out between Panda Express/Dordash. Doordash said the driver was also having a challenge of some kind - in a truly scapegoat like fashion. In the end, I was asked if I'd still like my food- or if I just wanted to cancel. I asked for my food. This was at 8PM ish 2 hours AFTER my first order. Another hour later, around 8:50 , I still don't have food. I call doordash again to see what's happening on their end. Then, I am then told that my order has simply been canceled. Guess when the restaurant stops taking delivery orders- 9. So no food to day at all. The money thing has mostly been worked out, but I didn't get food. Instead, I got led on a marry chase across cyberspace for long enough that my order didn't have to be filled. Great service right there on the part of the restaurant, as they were once again the ones who dropped the ball. If I'd known two hours ago that this was just not going to happen, I would have made other arrangements to feed my family before 9pm. Not cool.

The food is decent, that's all. The few times I've gone, the egg rolls are always burnt. Not just crispy, but burnt. And they don't know how to portion correctly. I asked for a bowl of orange chicken with fried rice as a side, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND! My bowl was filled with mostly rice and barely a layer of chicken that didn't even reach the top. I've given this Panda location plenty of tries but have been disappointed too many times.

Great food and service! The drive up is always quick and friendly. The staff always treats you the same when you go to the drive up as when you walk in. Lately I've been eating a little healthier, the super veggies and brown rice in the sides menu offers a lot of food, slightly healthier and at a good price. One of my favorite places to go.
