Wendy's

Since the lift of COVID restrictions. This place of business is too inconsistent on weather the lobby is open or not. I’ve tried to go into this Wendy’s multiple times and they place a sign on the door that says lobby is closed or drive thru is only open. If you are going to be open at all during a normal work day then the lobby should be open.

Waited 24 minutes in line! 24! I argued at 9:35 they close at 10. This is fast food so I figured plenty of time. NO The line barely moved. I FINALLY made it to the machine to order at 10:01 and as soon as I roll my window down, this rude lady comes tot he window and says sorry but as of one minute we’re closed. Then disappeared. I’m sorry but what?! You had me sit here almost 30 mins, wasting gas (with these gas prices kind you) because you can’t do your job fast enough and then decide not to take my order because it’s 10:01? Get better customer service. We were all in line well before 10 pm. Learn how to do your job at a acceptable pace. And hire friendlier staff.
