Buffalo Wild Wings

It wasn't very busy at around 4pm when we went there after the kids wanted a quick bite after school. We sat ourselves in the bar side. There were a couple servers walking around. We didn't see anyone wearing a mask. The food came out fast because it was dead there. The wings were pretty good. We ordered both bone-in and boneless wings. There are lots of flavors to choose from- sauce and dry rub. The menu had a list of flavor options where it had the most spicy options at the top and goes down to the mildest option. They had some good spirit-free drink options too. The nojito(non-alcoholic mojito) was pretty good. The strawberry lemonade had fruit in it and my daughter loved it. Overall, we enjoyed our experience there. Server was attentive and polite. It was nice that we didn't go when it was super busy.

The service was a bit slow but the food was good. Just saw on my bank statement where I was charged a lot more than my signed receipt. Update: The store manager contacted me and found that my ticket had been mixed up with another one. She resolved the issue and I have adjusted my rating. Update 2: Went back this weekend and got the same chicken sandwich. It was so small it looked more like a slider. Compare the photos. Very disappointing, adjusted rating again.

Most awful chicken wings that I ever had. They were old and dry and tasted like leather! They just put sauce on them to sell them and their Cole slaw was just as horrible! Never again! Wanted to try something different. Now I'm just feeling like I wasted $40.00 that could have been used for something else. I don't eat out very often...Now I'm glad that I don't! I will never spend another dime at this establishment! I know that the chicken had to be several days old. It was as hard as a rock and covered with sauce. Extremely disappointed!

Kinda pricey for the wings...we had 20 wings 15 of one and 5 of another) and 2 sodas, cost was right at $50 at dinner, if you are catching a sporting event that you would've had to buy otherwise....then there is some value. We arrived at about 5 pm and it was not crowded, maybe 8 other tables. Service was quick to get the drinks but pretty slow to get the wings...around 25 minutes. Our server was moving so I don't think that was the hold up. The wings were good-ish, but not really much more than warm. No problem getting a to-go box for left overs and paying the bill was quick. Alot of nice TV's to watch with a variety of different sports to choose from. It was clean and staff was cordial. I will probably try again since I live soo close, but I'll do lunch for better prices.

I haven't been here in years and today I knew why. The food was mediocre. My wife had the pulled pork sandwich and it was cold. I had the lunch special bone in wings, they were medium sauce and hardly coated. Our friend had the boneless wings hot, and she didn't eat them all because they weren't good. Our waitress was nice but hardly aware that we needed to get our bill and leave. We figured it wouldn't be more than an hour to order, eat and leave but we had to wait about 15 minutes just to get the waitress's attention to pay.

I wanted to grab a bite to eat while I catch up on school. I went in around a little a 3pm, the section I sat in was completely empty when I arrived. The bar area seemed a little crowded, so I sat in a more private area. A couple with a young about 20 minutes later joined the same section I was in. The waiter approached them, apologized for the wait, and then proceeded to take their order. I sat back and watch the waiter take the couples order and then walk right by me as if I was not sitting two tables away from them. I thought to myself, maybe she will come take my order next. Nope, I'm actually still sitting here 45 minutes later and not a single person has offer to take my order or assist me any fashion. The couple that came in after me is now eating their food. I was still hungry and really love their tots, so I placed my order online for pickup since I was refused service.

Placed my order 4 hours early for pickup. When I got there I had to wait a half hour past my pickup time to get the food but that's whatever. Finally get the food and I realized the fries were missing so I went to ask about them and was met with a attitude of like its fries who cares. Lady went back to get them and came out and just shoved them to me not saying sorry for the mistake or anything. Brought the food home and realized some of the wing order is missing too. Not even gonna call and deal with her again.

I ordered online to go and half of my food was missing when I finally opened it when I got home. Which happens sometimes I get that however, when I called and talked to a manager because I only wanted a refund on the food that was missing from my order. She said it should go through and if it didn’t to call back at 8pm. I never got my refund and 8 pm is when the store closes. So I was purposely told to call back when no one would be available to help me. The fact I’m pregnant, live on the complete other side of town, and had to go grab other food to feed my family was so infuriating, but not as disappointing as a manager who set me up. I won’t be ordering here ever again.
