Bless those employees' hearts but this restaurant was understaffed, slow, and filthy. The workers really were trying and still delivered service with a smile, but WOW. I walked there intending to dine in, but changed my mind after seeing the condition of the dining room. Would hate to see what the kitchen looked like.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. What did I get, I got a regular chicken sandwich with pickles. I order the spicy chicken sandwich because its spicy and has no pickles. I also got there last night right before 10 like 959 and I was told they were closed. If your open till 10 then stay open till 10. If I could give no stars I would.

This review needs to be zero stars if it was allowed. Really bad and unprofessional customer service for multiple different times within a few week period for mobile orders. Not just bad customer service but unhealthy cooking practices. While waiting 20 min for a small fry and Jr. Bacon cheeseburger, I watched multiple people that did not have uniforms go behind the counter, multiple staff would touch their face or cough with their hands and not immediately go to the hand washing station, not even after 10 min. My order from the last this order (small fry/Jr. Bacon cheeseburger) was thrown into a paper bag (not placed into the bag, THROWN into the bag), no napkins, and just put on the counter where it was clearly fulfilled. I waited a few minutes thinking a staff member was going to hand it to me and I just reached across the counter and grabbed the bad before leaving.

Last week I spent 45 minutes STUCK in the drive-thru lane during my lunch hour. This week I decided to come at a less busy time, only to find out that they are out of the item I specifically came here for, the strawberry summer salad. This location consistently disappoints. Horrible wait times and the staff isn’t even apologetic about it.

If I could put no stars, I would. I would not recommend this area unless of course you’re just super hungry, have all the time in the world to stand and exercise your calves or gas to waste, and don’t mind losing a few bucks on the wrong order. The staff has veryyyyy poor customer service. You know what, they don’t have any. People be dragging their service and this was even before Covid so don’t blame the pandemic for the negative service with this location. It’s a perfect target for customers but they need quality employees. At least one or two if anything. NO THANKS!
