Cafe Nordstrom

Very nice and very big Nordstrom’s . We always come for my wife and daughter , the shoe selection is amazing and the kid shoes are on point. I love how friendly and helpful the staff are, everyone is always smiling and helping. They have designer purses , jewelry, everything you need to look your best, and feel amazing while doing it. There clothing seems to last a lot longer than other clothing stores.

Most of the time, I am hard pressed to find help. But, I enjoy being left alone, so I guess it's a perk of being brown and bare faced in a department store. However, the associates in the junior and shoe department are always amazing. They give amazing recommendations, are super fast and attentive, and incredibly friendly. I have also had great luck with the beauty counters as well, they are always very knowledgeable. I visited the handbag department the other day and really enjoyed the easy, fast checkout process there. Everyone is usually incredibly friendly while checking out, but if you don't "look the part", expect little to no help in most departments. Nice, clean bathrooms though.

This is for the cafe. In the past I've considered this as a favorite lunch spot. But then the last 3 times over a few months the service was lacking and the food was not heated thoroughly. It used to have excellent food quality and excellent service. Not my experience now. And I'll spend my money elsewhere.
