Subway

You went from a great review from me three months ago to poor as of today. I ordered online and sandwiches weren’t toasted or made how we ordered them. Didn’t know they were out of cookies until I went to pick up the order and they literally had two cookies left. I checked my receipt to be sure the order came across how we requested and it did. Your employees just didn’t look at what we wanted and didn’t care apparently. Only plus was the young lady that handed me our order. She was very friendly and professional and apologized for the cookie issue. Management needs to step it up and give the employees more training. We will take our business to firehouse until there are improvements made. Our sandwiches were just awful.

We sent in an order on the new Subway app, waited 15 minutes and the app said our food was done. The app says we can go in and pick up from a rack. Instead, we waited for 4 other people to order and then stood while our order was made. So, if you like waiting, then going in and waiting again as walk in customers that would have been there after you had you just ordered in person, hey, you might have found a new way to waste your life. As an aside, the food itself was terrible. We now go to Firehouse.

I've ordered the same thing online a few times now and only had a good experience once. This time I went in to make sure I got what I asked for (always the same, steak and cheese melt) and there was barely any meat and the brown paper bags they put it in always makes the cheese and half the "innerds" get stuck on it and not in the bread at all. Most of the staff were really unclean looking and weren't wearing any hair coverings, etc... so I was pretty grossed out as soon as I walked in. Unfortunately, after trying it 4 or 5 times now, I wont be going back.

After waiting in a long line for 25 minutes patiently, the sandwich maker decided he needed to make the sandwiches for to go orders, never mind that I was one of two people left waiting in the lobby. When I brought this to his attention he informed me that he had 5 tickets he needed to fill. I told him that the people in front of him took priority, I missed my lunch , and now I'm hungry and annoyed!

I used the Subway app to order for delivery but the store forgot to give the delivery driver half of my order. Have tried to get a refund but they keep giving me the run-around. Was told to call back another day when the manager would be there, but then the manager told me he couldn't do it and to call back another time when HIS manager would be there.

This location is whack! Dude had mustard from the sandwich before on his gloves and got it all over my sandwich. Cold Cut Combo didn't have all three meats on there and wasn't spread across evenly... Who wants meats sporadically placed on their sandwich? Then they wanted to charge an extra $1.50 for a scoop of tuna when we were getting NO cheese and NO vegatables (the kid making our sandwich didn't say anything about an up charge). The lead was super unprofessional, unapologetic, and borderline rude. We will NOT be eating at this location again.
