Sports Edition Bar

Highly dissatisfied at the way I was treated at this restaurant tonight at dinner. I stayed at the Hilton hotel as I regularly do, and sat down at 6:20 for dinner. I was eventually greeted at my table where it is free seating and asked if we would like water and given our menus. We decided what we wanted to eat and drink and the waitress never came back or sent anyone to give us water. At 6:45 after sitting there and being ignored we got up and went to the bar to order to go food. The bartender ignored us for a period of time then asked what we want, I told her we want to order to go since our waitress never took our order or came back with water. She did not apologize or seen to care at all, and told us she’ll be right with us. 7:00pm we finally got to order and she told us to go sit back down at our table and she will bring us the bill. I told her I will wait right there at the bar to pay so I can leave and go to my room. She still never apologized for lack of service handed over my bill and I payed and asked how long. She said 30-40 minutes. I understand how hard it can be working on these busy holidays. But there is no reason my party of 2 was treated this way.
