I really liked this Burger King.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Best drive through vanilla milk shake I've had in a really long time.
I love the new chicken sandwich and the stacker. A common theme around town is how little sauce is used on the sandwiches anymore, the trend continues here.
Drive through for a lunch rush was moving kind of slow.
I love BK. This one doesn't disappoint.

I had to come to the Northern Lights location cause Dimond location was out of a lot of stuff THIS and LAST week + Dimond messed up my order horribly and when I called to complain cause it was HORRIBLY MESSED UP I WAS IN THE DRIVE THROUGH OVER 45 MIN. AND DIDNT GET 1.5 MEALS I PAID FOR they've made no attempts to rectify their error at all. I will only go to the N.L. location from this last two time forward.

Just same ol same ol. Bummer the food is only warm and doesn't really taste fresh. The cheese sticks tasted like freezer burn sadly. I don't think they check their stock or rotate their food. The cheese on my whopper was not even melted a smidgen.

Went here around 11 pm, all my meals weren't hot, fries warm, chicken nuggets were warm, and the chicken fries were warm. It's like they were all sitting there for awhile, i spent 21 dollars, wasn't satisfied.

I like the breakfast burrito from Burger King but in Alaska the don't make them the way the restaurant wants them made. They're suppose to have sausage and bacon on them but to turn more profit these restaurants skip the sausage and charge the same. Some cooks will read the ticket if you ask for it and give sausage without bacon.

We had rather a large order, staff were on the ball, and the manager was excellent! He made sure that customers were taken care of and he webt back to help in the kitchen to deal with out order. All staff were pleasant, and helpful. Good job Burger King!

Against the law not to take orders from deaf people. ADA laws. And flipping off to a hearing disabled paying customer off and his kids saw that?!? WoW I hope BK headquarters finds this out
