Roll In Ice Creamery

My partner and her daughter were at a grocery store when I told them I wanted some good ice cream. They met me at Roll In. When we entered we were impressed with how clean it was and doors were being hand scrubbed. (Just mopping floors does not clean them. You have to scrub them.) If there was a 6 star rating possible I would give it to this place. The selection of ice cream sundaes is amazing! This is a family friendly place and a great place to eat and relax. I had the Red Dragon and it tastes even better than I had imagined! Another customer came in and ordered the same and she also said it was the best! My partner and I work on the restaurant business and tipped at least 20% because it is worth the wait and the quality is delicious!

Overall horrible. The bad: 1. Menus are not laid out in a logical order. 2. Asking the lady how things work and she's just rude. She kept saying "it's self explanatory". 3. Prices are not obvious. 4. One board says pick one candy and one sauce, but Apparently that is extra, it's not clear that it's extra. 5. Once we ordered and paid for six ice creams, it took another 50 mins. 6. The ice cream tastes bland, no flavor, and my girls kept saying "it tastes like water". 7. Music from their TV is loud, and it's hard to hear, talk, or even think. 8. There is apparently faded blue tape on the ground we aren't supposed to cross. On a piece of paper hand written, where the paper is folded over half way. I saw multiple customers come in while we were waiting, all got told to go back behind the blue tape. (this tape on the floor appears to seperate a couch area off) Good: 1. They give lots of ice cream (see the bad #6) 2. Something new? Advice if you still plan to try it: 1. Look up menu online and figure out what you want before 2. Be ready for a long wait 3. Don't be surprised if it tastes bad.

LOVE this place! The ice cream is delicious! It's light and not too sweet. I get reese's peanut butter cups with reese's sauce mixed in and it the best ice cream I've ever had! My experience of the owner was she was really kind. There is a wait sometimes...but go there prepared for the wait and enjoy!

Went in here on April 8th at around 9 with my brother. I read a few reviews for this place and some of them said the ice cream tasted bland/like it was watered down and I thought “there’s no way, how do you screw up ice cream?” Neither me or my brother Liked what we got. We were greeted when we walked in and when it was our turn to order it took the cashier a good 3 or 4 minutes to acknowledge us. I understand she was busy making a drink, but the not even acknowledging my existence was super annoying/rude as hell. We ended up throwing out most of our ice cream (and neither of us are the type to throw out food at all)

Open late! The dining area is so cute! There is handwritten menus on the wall that are absolutely adorable (and easy to read). My kid and I each got an ice cream. Kiddo made their own creation and I got the delish Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake. The staff was friendly and helpful with our questions! This is going to be a go-to spot for us.

This place is cool and all, but i see why there are bad reviews. The staff, which looks to be a mom and daughter, were kinda slow, but never got rude with us. The mom however did give us some dirty looks when we went and asked for napkins, which i thought was weird. They did also have us wait for a while before taking our orders, even though we were the only customers there. Now for the ice cream, it ain’t good. It didn’t taste like ice cream and made me feel like i wanna puke. I thought maybe its just because of the flavor i ordered, but i ask the other 4 who were with me how they liked it, and they said the same thing. We ended up throwing it all away 10mins after leaving. Quite disappointed since it was a waste of money, but we really had our hopes up for this place. I understand running a business is hard and stressful but i really hope they see these reviews and make a change to their business.

Ordered this place off doordash twice… once about 6 months ago, took about 2 hours to get our ice cream.. the driver was at the creamery for about an hour and a half. I decided to order it again tonight and once again.. took forever and this time they didn’t even get my order right. I ordered an ice cream and a smoothie. What I got was 4 separate ice creams with my name on the bag. So somehow they switched my order with someone else’s even though my name is clearly on the bag. Never ordering here again
