Subway

It's my fault for going so late, but one of the sandwich artists, Aaron, had a huge chip on his shoulder about people walking in at 8:30-8:50. He didn't make the sandwiches the way I wanted because they didn't want to open a fresh pan of tomatoes or lettuce. And I'm pretty sure the wrap I ate was going bad. The date on the package said dispose by the 23rd. That's three days before I got my sandwich. Other than that, place is clean, the workers wear their masks, and the meat is tasty.

Worst subway ever. Go in to make a quick pick up as subway is pretty quick. I stand in line for almost 5 min! Only 1 person ahead of me and one person behind me. Finally another worker comes to serve me. No wheat bread! Moves so slow then pours about 3 tablespoons of salt on my sandwich. Meanwhile the lady behind me is getting served and leaves with her order before I even get to the register! 5 workers are in the store! 2 were just standing around doing nothing! Unbelieveable!! Who trains these people? Ruined my lunch! Never go back there again! Poor poor poor service. Slow, uncaring, unattentive and laxidaisy attitude! Not impressed. My son worked at subway and this type of service would never be seen in his store.

I am concerned that Subway at 8920 Old Seward Hwy, unit A was serving a gentleman who was not wearing a mask today. I offered him a new mask and he refused my offer. I am high risk due to age and underlying conditions; it is disheartening to have this kind of interaction. I will not be patronizing Subway in the future. - Lisa Balivet
