Little Caesars

I order pizzas and other items from this place a few times and the last couple times was a complete let down. They keep giving away the wrong order even when you ask them to make sure you get what you order and pay for, I don't understand why can't one person answer the phone when there's ten of them working. I don't like to complain because I know mistakes happened and I want to give them chances, as well as supporting my community, but I will be bringing my business elsewhere. The food is decent, but the service is terrible.

Great food and prices, I had an issue with the delivery I ordered an item that wasnt there when the order was delivered and little ceaser uses door dash to deliver. The delivery guy blamed little ceaser and told me to take it up with them and little ceaser told me it was dokr dashes problem and they couldnt do anything to and to talk to the person delivering. So both blamed the other and I didnt get my item. Very disappointed in little ceaser I ordered off THERE website not doordash and expect to get what I paid for. I order there all the time so this was very upsetting. So be careful when ordering online. Otherwise food is awesome and prices are reasonable

Luckily, I like Little Caesars' pizza! I was in a rush and when I got up to the counter, not only did she take forever to finally take my order, but she also got my order wrong! She was about to give me an extra pizza! I figured I deserved it because her service sucked, but I was honest and, while shaking my head, I told her she was giving me an extra pizza then walked out

Called to have food ready for pick up on my lunch. Was told that they have it hot and ready to just come in. I get there and they didn't have anything hot and ready. So I stand around and wait 15 min of my 30 min lunch break for them to make my food. Then to add insult to injury, my total was $9.50. I gave the cashier $10.00 and He never even bothered to give me my change back. Its only 50 cents but I mean...come on, really? They be taking their tips on their own. If we are rounding everything up, then round up my damn order. My pizza had 8 slices, round up to 10. Absolutly pathetic way to run a business.

*DONT ORDER FROM HERE* This store can never get my order right. Last time they forgot the drink. Whatever still cheaper since it was a deal. But today, they gave me the completely wrong pizza! I had a custom stuffed crust pizza and they gave me a basic pepperoni pizza. And the store never answers the phone. Tried calling the customer service number and I've been on hold for 20 minutes now. Update: basically got “😮 heres a refund” and hang up before i even could say anything else. The store still hasnt answered their phone so I can see if I can get the pizza I originally ordered. Just don’t bother, it is not worth the hassle.
