Mcdonald's

Once again, they forgot my hash browns. Also, they forgot my caramel macchiato. I’m not trying to complain… I take the time of day and level of traffic into consideration cause I know it can get busy. This was during the morning between 9-10 am. Slow traffic, and I was the only one in the drive-thru line (other than maybe one other person). Having worked at McDonalds myself as a younger teenager, It’s very simple… you look at the order, look at the printed receipt, and account for all the items as you’re putting them in the bag. I don’t understand what’s so hard about taking accountability of the menu items. Maybe additional training is needed or perhaps some QC is required. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Came here specifically to get ice cream and surprise surprise the machine was down. We literally went to three McDonald's trying to get ice cream and all three McDonald's ice cream machine was down. Mainly, we were ticked off that we had to wait 15 minutes in line to finally order... Just to find out we couldn't order ice cream. They never put a sign out to warn you the machines are down. We're seriously done with McDonald's. Their prices have gotten so high, their food is not that great and we can never count on what we want being there.
