I've been to this Wendy's numerous times and have yet to have an experience that would be deemed worthy of anything above 3 stars. The employees are relatively friendly but wait time is way too long at all times of day even when no one else is in line. They are consistently "out of chili" (which is the biggest reason to choose Wendy's over other fast food), and the salads are too expensive (not sure they can control that but it's the only other reason to choose Wendy's over another fast food place). Because they never have chili, the wait is too long, and the salads are too expensive, there is no reason to go here. Definitely choose another restaurant.

I went to Wendy's on Tudor tonight and bought a single, no cheese, and a medium frosty. This is not the first time the frosty was almost thawed out when I got it. I went through the drive up window.
There were 2 cars ahead of me. It took me 8 minutes to get to the window. I would encourage the employees to pour the frosty when the customer gets to the window, not when it's ordered. Then I could eat it with a spoon, like it was intended.
The hamburger was perfect

The manager at the moment Lauren was the worse manager I’ve ever met. She stood there for 10 mins helping no one and saying nothing to help her team of chickens with the heads cut off. I waited over 30 mins for my food while she did nothing. When asked about the order she just smirked and went back to holding the counter up. No words said. Poor employees were frantically trying to complete orders. Poor management is the only problem at this Wendy’s they never have anything you want

I love wendy's! I've been sitting in line for 25 minutes and 15 of that was between the speaker and the door and the guy is just looking at the cash register. I don't know what they're doing but this is ridiculous!

I ordered a sprite with my meal and received seltzer water. They know when those machines are out of soda, but the server served it anyway. She then served me all three drinks in wet cups that were dripping. I had to ask for napkins to wipe them before putting them in my car. I know a lot of businesses don't have the number of people they need, but it shouldn't be an excuse to slack on the quality of service.

St Patty's Day! They're I was, the man hungry machine growing at me... so I stopped it. Boom! Greeted by a cool & savvy dude dressed in green. Name Bret methinks? Made the day all better. Could've swore it was a leprechaun in the flesh! Even gave me a free drink for patiently waiting. Names Bret, give that cool dude a raise!

Yesterday, after being trapped between two cars for 15 minutes I was told the car in front of me was the last order of the night.
Today, I was trapped for 20 minutes when there were only 3 cars ahead of me when I entered the drive thru.
But hey at least the staff is laughing and having fun while they work.

They get pretty slow sometimes which is understandable but they're always kind and understanding they've messed up our orders a couple of times and always offer something but we decline cause we understand how hard it is to train people and get a rush done. Food is always good !
