Not enough employees and compared to all the Subway restaurants that I've been to, this one is the most inefficient, slow-paced, and inconvenient one. I had to spend my whole entire lunch break here just to pickup food.

Located within Alaska Regional Hospital cafeteria. Place looks clean however it seems that they are always short on staff which causes long wait time even for simple orders. Customer service is lacking. Avoid this place during lunch if possible. Food is fresh and up to par with other locations.

Service was always slow, employees were rude and it didn't seem like the cleanliness of restaurant standards. I was staying at Alaska Regional Hospital for some time, this Subway unfortunately, was my only option for lunch and dinner for most days. Each and every time I went there, there was some sort of cluster and like I said before, the employees not being the friendliest of people never helped the situation.

Service is horrible here. They are frequently understaffed. It can take 30 minutes to get a sandwich with just a few people in line. Unfortunately the hospital cafeteria is frequently closed and this is the only option for staff and visitors.
