I wanted something sweet and decided to come here cause it’s been five years or so since I last came. I liked the young lady that was taking my order she was polite but the guy she was with that day was very rude I could tell she was uncomfortable being around him as was I. The drink itself was great she did a good job. I wish I had gotten her name to give her the credit but yeah it was a mediocre smoothie wasn’t amazing and worth coming right back but I didn’t finish it

They don’t actually close at 9 it’s between like 8 and 9 if they feel like closing early. Also when they want to close early , they just tell the last customer to tell anyone who comes up that they are closed. Despite the fact they don’t work their and it’s awkward every 10 people that walk up to you on a busy night. I get understaffing is a problem but this is weird

DO NOT EVER GO HERE...went today and a teenage girl with very long hair had her braids over her shoulder and he hair was literally inside of the blender cup while she was putting ingredients in, she then proceeded to wipe her bare hands on her pants and proceed to touch product. And other girl was getting items out of a lower cooler, and put her bare hands on the floor for balance and then proceeded to touch product, we were just going to ask for another girl to make our drinks but then customers came back up to the counter to return their drinks we ran for the exit.

The boba does not taste the same before it was chewy but now it has the consistency of jello, I ordered a thai tea smoothie but it didn’t taste the same.it used to have so much flavor and was very strong in a way just like how I like it now the employees put a lot of ice to the point where it won’t have any flavor, they should have a recipie so the drink is balanced I think I’m going to get boba somewhere else now 😕
