KAREN ALERT!!! my parents are elderly and can’t speak English well and they needed to use the bathroom. I was in line ordering and KAREN told my parents to find a bathroom somewhere else. When I confronted her, she justified it as not knowing they are with me instead of apologizing. She needs to get fired!!!!

The employee Mathew was extremely rude saying that I couldn’t customize the sandwich the way I want to, even though I have done it at several other locations, and he was rushing us a lot. ITS SUBWAY. In addition, his co-worker was yelling at everyone to wear a mask instead of asking politely. I have worked for over two years in a McDonalds so I know how it is. But the way we were treated was the worst subway experience ever.

I was very disappointed in how “Karen” the older lady in the facility spoke to the other employees... it was very rude and degrading. We have stopped here quite a few times since we’ve been here and normally are waited on by extremely nice and happy employees and this time I’m sad to say was not that enjoyable. She was very distracted, rude, abrasive and if I might add, if she is the manager then she may want to adjust the way she manages her facility. Respect your employees and they will respect you and work 10x better! Thank you to the young woman running the register! she tried so hard to make up for the older woman’s bad attitude and as she did the older woman would just lash out..... oh and masks are not effective worn under your chin standing over customers food, “Karen”/manager! Your employees were wearing there’s properly!

The girl behind the counter had such an aggressive, rude attitude toward me that we left without ordering. There was a misunderstanding about what I was ordering because I was wearing a mask. She lost her patience immediately and spoke to me in every hostile manner. I then told her off. After we left, I asked my group if I reacted too strongly and they all said NO. They said they couldn't believe she was behaving that way when I hadn't done anything to deserve her response. They said they didn't feel comfortable with someone that nasty making their food. Will not go there again.
