Pizza Hut

0/5 stars would be way more appropriate for this place. My wife placed an order for pickup and when I got there, they gave me a supreme pizza. I didn’t even order supreme pizza. Upon coming home, I realized that after they made my “meat lovers” pizza, they only put pepperoni and sausage on my pizza. Not to mention the fact that with my double order of cinnamon sticks, we got cream cheese icing which we can’t eat. Tipped $8 on a carry out order that they didn’t even get right.

I was disappointed that they were out of the wings I wanted this time but I was easily able to decide on other options and found the items easily. The Tuscany chicken alfredo was amazing but edges of noodles were dry and hard (Overcooked), but it was a perfect portion by myself and tasted amazing. The cheese on my cheesy bread was a bit over cooked but I was too hungry to really care. The driver was kind to quickly step in and set my items on the counter cause I had my newborn in hand. Very sweet, kind and quick. The rewards system is very cool. I love logging in to get free food on top of my order. Will definitely reccommend. Besides the being overcooked I definitely would give a five star in the future

I wish I could give zero stars but that’s not an option. I placed an order online and submitted it but as soon as I checked my digital receipt I noticed I didn’t put my condo number so I called the store, waited on hold for ten minutes and got transferred around the store until I reached a man with whom I spoke to about the small mistake, I gave my updated address and he said he corrected it in the system. Fast forward to an hour and a half later, I get a text from my delivery driver stating that my transaction was voided and my pizza got taken back because I didn’t provide a condo number. I tried to explain to him that I already spoke to one of the employees and he didn’t have a solution. I called back to the store and spoke to a female who gave me so much attitude and said ‘sweetheart you’re the one who put the address in wrong’ after I had already explained the situation. The customer service and communication at this establishment is horrible and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

One of the best that's the best fast food pizza in Anchorage order or anywhere in Anchorage I recommend it it's really good but they close the garage door hours it's good for the kids if you don't feel like doing dishes. I just was thinking!!!! Pizza Hut is cheap and there pizza is not all that. Dam Sicily pizza is 70 percent better then pizza hut. Go sicily and see the difference.

Unacceptable by any standards. Boniface location....I placed an online order on 2/11/22 at 650pm....order should be ready by 715pm at the latest. It's now 750pm and been over an hour and they told me my order was LOST and that they can remake it... they gave our pizza to a previous customer is what happened. UNACCEPTABLE! If you can order from another location please do so..... Then when we get our pizza at 8pm...ITS MISSING A TOPPING!!! Boniface has lost our business. We'll drive to another pizza hut if another location makes the order right....

When you use a service like door dash the quality is poor in comparison to someone you employ and they want to do good for your company and honestly when paying a 5.99 delivery fee for you to sublet the job out is a disappointment. This is the second time this has happened while ordering and I will no longer be using you for any delivery and use a competitor. I will continue to come in when I can, but I no longer trust you delivering my pizza.
