Western Grill Steak House

This was our first time trying this restaurant. We had some friends visiting in town and figured we would try something local. We got there and waited for about 10 minutes before our waitress approached us. She was so sweet but then she had a party of over 30 people between 3 tables sit behind us. We ordered appetizers which were barely warm, followed by all of our steaks being barely warm. Nobody finished their meal and our waitress was so busy we never even got a chance to tell her about the disappointing food. Then they added gratuity to it which was an amount that did not match the experience. We will not be back anytime soon unfortunately. Sad because we would really rather support local businesses.

I liked the decor and the staff. My problem is the portion sizes and prices. I ordered the Texas size chicken fried steak. It tasted good ,but I expected it to fill at least half the plate. Nope. In this case Texas size was more like Iowa size. I was hungry by time I got home. Their salad bar did look outstanding.

Service was great. The prices are reasonable if you get fresh cooked meat. You can tell the steaks were frozen not fresh. The only fresh food was the salad and soup. The establishment is nice and and has a great new look. They should have worked on the steaks. Restaurant theme cattle....🤔 🤠 they kinda serve 🐂... Any ways I could not put down a 1⭐ just because the service was awesome.
