We have always liked McAllister but recently we have ordered king club expected to be toasted at least it has been soggy the few times we have ordered. Not the best. Our bread wasn’t even a little bit toasted.

Stopped in for an online order that had been placed 2 hours prior and items were not ready. Manager did not assist staff with any food running or helping customers, though she did toss several items on the counter and bark orders at staff in front of customers. Staff seemed a bit timid and demoralized.

I stop here a lot passing through and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. It's usually busy but that's because they have great food. I usually order the Smoky Pepper Jack Turkey or the French Dip and both are very delicious.

Went during lunch, place was dirty, cashier was rude. No one had gloves on, or masks and apparently all employees are supposed to have then on. Our food took long and it was empty. The employees were standing around and having a great time, instead of getting their jobs done and food out. And prices went up, paid $15 for a solo lunch, food was cold . Won't be returning.
