Service was fast but my meal was sloppy. My boneless wings where everywhere and had soggy fries mixed all in with Buffalo sauce where they where obviously cooked together. Asked for easy ice and got the opposite maybe a mistake but my time was very limited to correct it.

The clerk taking our order had a hard time hearing us, which caused a few misunderstandings. I requested mustard and no mayo, but I got my chicken sandwich dry. We also requested easy ice on all drinks, and we got full ice. These are small things that really didn't stop us from eating or drinking.

Tried first booth which was too high for a car (believe it is third spot from entrance) . Pressed button and waited. Waited so long that that the button stopped flashing. Heard the lady next to us order after we did. She got her stuff and left before any service for us. Moved spots to one on other side and pressed button. It began to blink. Cars on both sides of us ordered, got food and left, yet we were still looking at a blinking button. (believe this was third booth from rear on opposite side)

Ordered thru app....wouldn't let us put stall number in to finish our order but took money from my bank acct., and was told to call 1866oksonic....what a joke!!! After hearing all sales pitches and was told sonic wasn't recognized was told to call another number and that said doesn't work with app!!!! So took money but gave no food!!! No help to make it right!!! Horrible customer service!!!

We came to sonic using the App. Sonic claimed we never purchased any food and they never got our order but the money was taken out of the account. We called in the morning and spoke to Jack and he was very rude and could not give us any info other than call the 1800 number which has been a complete run around. As of now Sonic in Andrews stole my older parents money and I am not happy!

Super fast and normally pretty decent customer service. Mostly only go for drinks as there are few vegan options.
