I had to wait in the parking lot for 20 minutes for a burger and fries. I suggest hiring more people or developing a better system to cater to the dinner crowd. There is a reason they call it "fast food".

I am absolutely THRILLED that Dairy Queen has a Non-Dairy Dilly Bar. It's delicious and I love that I can go with friends and actually enjoy a vegan option.

Dairy Queen will always be one of my favorites. The owners and managers and staff aleays go beyond to help out and take your order. I know they do get busy and it can't be helped if its a lunch rush or everyone ordering for dinner. But always have had a good experience and always had good food.

The Alaskan Pollack basket is tasty and not overwhelming in grease or batter. Warm upon arrival to my table. The Chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard was a wonderful soft serve to compliment the food. Not too sweet or too solid. The atmosphere was calm but wait time can stretch a bit. The counter attendant was inviting and helpful. The food runner was pleasing when he brought the food.

Young boy was very rude over the speaker and made me repeat myself many times, no matter how loud I spoke. I asked for only pickles and got everything but pickles on my burger. I dont feel like it was his fault entirely but how rude he was makes me feel like he had a part to play.
I also ordered 2 ice creams, one of them wasn't filled all the way up (filled about 3/4 of the way in a medium cup) and the second wasn't fully blended so most of it was just vanilla ice cream. Defintely not worth the money I paid.
