While I'm always wondering who's idea it was to put a McDonald's inside a hospital, every time I've ever gone to this location the food is hot and out in a hurry. Staff for over 2 decades of changing has always been friendly and very courteous.

Gave me my order with cold fries and when I told them they were cold could I get some hot fries they asked me to pull up. I refused because I’ve done this before and had to sit for an extended period of time all the while the other food I have is getting cold. They refused to give me hot fries unless I pulled up saying I was making a special request. When did serving you your food hot become a special request. Like they were doing me a favor serving me my food hot! Got my money back and left!
