Pizza Hut

Will not order from here again!!! I ordered a pizza was never delivered. Said they would refund to my card. I called back 4 days later said I had to bring my card and online receipt in. I brought both in said she still could not refund my money. I paid for a pizza I never received last time I do any business with Pizza Hut if that’s how they run there business. I wouldn’t even get them one star but I had to. I don’t believe in cheating people.

Food was good, but service at first we had some lady that didn't even care about trying to provide any customer service only drinks. We were just there waiting for a menu and not until we asked for one. But later we got another young lady and she was the total opposite of the first lady. This second lady was very attentive and explained to us the menu very good. I would of rate it a 5 star but because of those good 30 min of awkwardness with that first server, I have to give it a 3. It kinda kills your appetite to be received by someone that doesn't show to enjoy their job.

I understand when items are sold out, but next time I would appreciate a phone call asking if my dessert could be replaced with something else, I definitely did not like the replacement. I would have preferred a refund! Also the jalapeños on my pizza were NOT cooked, it looked like they just threw them on top after my pizza was cooked.
