The steaks are better than expected. My coworkers and I eat here whenever we have a job in the area. The wait time for dinner is a bit extra, but they're always really nice good about attending us.

Service has gone downhill fast. First we waited a while for drinks then a 50 minutes for fried pickles. I most definitely will not be returning to this place and would rather go to the other steak house.

Had to keep asking for my drink, got up to get it myself when server and mgr finally quit talking to friends, never got to order appetizer, food was all either over or undercooked, tables around us had hard time getting service too. Very unprofessional & sub-par food. Would not recommend. Employee's all need retraining by real steakhouse crew, and needs a floor mgr, and kitchen mgr. Was not ran like a steakhouse.

Great food. Good selection. The all you can eat fish and shrimp on Friday is amazing. Staff is very friendly and of course it is Texas, so the sweet tea is perfect.

Had chicken fried steak, chips and salsa, and chicken strips. My wife and I both enjoyed the food very much. Friendly staff. Great addition to Andrews!
