The Southwestern Black Bean Burger was delicious and filling, the service was friendly and hospitable. The environment was colorful and lively and complimented the beautiful varied colors and textures of the food. Our family had a great time here, we even got to meet the owner who was kind and clearly passionate about his line of work: creating delicious healthy vegetarian food!

Maybe I'm just not the target clientele, blue collar life long vegan late 20's, but my dining experience left a lot to be desired. Everything from the decor, the menu, the service, the food AND the prices left me me feeling like 'this place wants to be a lot fancier than it actually is'. For walking away spending $50.00, before tip, I would have liked my mango smoothie to have tasted like mango, my partner's chilimac to have been more than lukewarm, and our cabbage wrap thing appetizer to have been less awkward and less expensive for what it is. The food was healthy and decently flavorful, besides the smoothie, but for money spent I doubt I will be returning for another fancy meal. Which is a shame because I love the idea of a fancy vegan joint I can take my lady out to. When I do have the cash to spend though I hope for a warmer vibe, awesome food that's not easy to make at home and if alcohol isn't available, some equally fancy and flavorful beverages. The restaurant definitely has some strong points but I don't think it delivers on the experience they are hoping you have.

Enjoyed the Chili Mac N Cheese and Italian Pizza. Vegan or Not, If you are truly health conscious you will enjoy the fare. It is refreshing to know eating out can include clean, not franken-food. Also, Abigail did a fantastic job and definitely hustled. My one suggestion is put spices on the table (black pepper, Italian Seasoning, Crushed chili Peppers, etc.) or use more spices in the food.
