Hungry Howie's Pizza Ann Arbor Mi

Pizza, two meals in a row and it was delicious! Was going to hit another eateries in the area but traffic was so bad that I hit the Hungry Howie location. Chose a lunch special, pictured, and waited my 5 minutes. It was delicious and very 🔥 hot 🔥 when I sat down to eat. Did I say how delicious it was!

Called in a delivery bcuz I have covid and they hung up before we could give them the room number so we called again. they didn't bring my water and they gave us ranch dressing for a ceaser salad. I called back n they said they would try to get it. They never showed up apparently they forgot their water so they just never called or showed up or fixed anything. So sick with covid we had to drive there and get the rest of our order

I want to start off by saying Christopher the GM is incredibly accommodating and kind. I’ve ordered from here tons of times and the two times I had to call & ask for a refund, he has been very understanding and handled the situations at hand. This is a college town. A lot of people are ordering pizzas, especially late at night. Because of this you’re probably not going to get your pizza in 40 minutes. I’d definitely suggest calling before 10pm, and if not, expect a wait & have patience. Or even do a pick up.

Wife and I are in town on vacation. This place looked pretty good. Overall though I was pretty disappointed with the food. We ordered a pizza, pepperoni stuffed bread, a cookie, and wings. The pizza was pretty solid and I enjoyed it. It is very similar to little Caesars deep dish to me. The wings were good as well. The cheese bread was pretty disappointing though it lacked cheese. The cookie was the most disappointing. It was basically mush and extremely greasy. It was a huge mess to eat and just way too mushy and greasy in the end. I wish I had ordered this Red Velvet Cake I was looking at from a different place instead of the cookie. Honestly wish I could be refunded for the cookie. Not sure if I'd order from here again on our next stop in town. This was just fairly average. Prices I thought were fair at least.

Ordered from here tonight… first it was delivered to the wrong address… second I tried to explain to the ppl I didn’t receive my order to be told I was lying. They said the driver watched me come outside and grab it. After being in a long argumentative conversation with the driver on the phone, They brang me a new pizza. Called me on the phone to let me know the driver was outside. He was not. Finally they found my apartment and I got my pizza lol. Needless to say after dealing with 3 condescending employees who laughed and argued with me over the phone thinking I was out for a free deep dish I threw the pizza in the garbage disposal because any staff who acts like that on the phone let’s me know what they might do behind closed doors so I ate cereal… what a waste of $25 shame is I gave the driver a $5 tip for maybe a 3 min drive (online order)

I've ordered from here before with mixed experiences, usually deliveries being very late. Recently I ordered a delivery and after taking twice as long as it was suppose to, the tracker said it was delivered...it wasn't. I called the store and they called the driver who said he delivered it and handed the pizza to whomever answered the door. He obviously delivered it to the wrong address. Whoever I was talking to on the phone didn't seem to believe me, however, and kept saying the driver delivered it "to the address" and I had to keep correcting him that he in fact did not. I canceled the order as it was too late to get a replacement (on my end), bit I did order a pizza the next day...this time I picked up at curbside. I clicked on "I'm here" on the app and gave a description of my truck. I watched someone come out to a "car", then take the pizza back inside. After a while I called them and asked if they received my notice that I was there (I think they did and the pizza they tried to give the car was probably mine). They said, oh we'll bring it right out (meaning it has been ready and was sitting under the heat lamps). I watched someone come out and try to give it to a car again (my trucks description was on the ticket). When the car refused it the guy looked confused and didn't know what to do until I yelled out my truck window. Btw, that pizza gave me food poisoning. I am never eating at Hungry Howie's again.
