Qdoba Mexican Eats

We ordered from here 2 weeks ago and it was perfect. Today our order was messed up. I have a verification what I ordered and what we got was NOT right. We live 30 minutes from the restaurant so going back isn't an option. Not sure if we will order again. Qdoba you can do better... 3 small pieces of meat on 2 items costing $20 is not acceptable.

I placed an order at 8:56pm via the mobile website. The hours of the store specifically say 10pm on the website and google so after it was placed I left to get my order. I got there at 9:20pm and was told that my order came in after they closed so it was not made and wasn’t going to be made. I would have zero issue if the store specified it closed at 9pm (I wouldn’t have even ordered having worked in food service myself before), but google and the store site specifically say this location closes at 10pm. On the door of the store there is no closing time for Sunday even. I also find it to be terribly rude that my order was seen, decidedly not made, and nobody reached out to contact me. My number and email were all on the order that was clearly seen. Instead, they waited for me to get there to tell me, so not only was my money wasted, but my time and gas as well. Who does that? At least have the decency to call somebody, even an email would have sufficed, but I got nothing instead. Mind you it was the manager who told me about the situation, and somebody else’s order was sitting on the pickup rack. They genuinely chose just not to make my order. I’ve never had service this bad before.

I ordered a taco salad from grubhub 2 times. The first time it was amazing. The second time, about a month later, I ordered the exact same thing and they FORGOT the salad lettuce. Tried contacting them with no answer, went through Grubhub chat who got someone at the restaurant to answer and they apologized to the Grubhub rep but still insisted they made the order right and that I was wrong. Grubhub comped my account 10 dollars but the restaurant should have acknowledged their screw up.

workers don’t care at all. I have ordered the same bowl several times from different locations and they NEVER look like this. Asked for impossible meat and she put on maybe a quarter of what is usually put on; I asked for more because it was quite clearly not the regular portion and she put on, again, not even half the normal portion then CHARGED ME for it without saying anything. I also asked for 2 tortillas and was charged for that without being told either. $16 instead of the normal $11. Absolutely did not get what i payed for and i will be avoiding this location now. I never leave bad reviews because Im very understanding but this was just ridiculous.
