Bell's Pizza

Horrendous customer service experience! Don't order from Bell's Pizza and expect fair, friendly treatment I placed the order and received the delivery 45 minutes later. The nachos were incredibly stale. I called the Bell's to let them know, but as soon as I said the nachos were stale, the manager (Sam), interrupted and told me they were fresh. I told them were not fresh and were quite old. I said I could drive up and show him they were stale. He got a nacho chip from his oven and started eating them on the phone and said again, "no they're fresh." At this point, I asked for a credit, refund or etc., but he began yelling at me and said "why should I give you a refund? They're fresh!" I argued with him a bit more and eventually he hung up on me. I called two more times and he hung up on me again. Finally, I decided to pay Sam a visit. I drove up to Bell's with the nachos and showed him they were stale. He picked one up, ate it right off the styrofoam and said they were fresh. I laughed, as they were so clearly stale, but he didn't want to admit it. At this point, he snatched the whole nacho from me. I asked for them back, so I could take a picture of them, but he refused. I showed him my receipt, but he wouldn't give them back. Instead, he threw them away, but would not give me a refund. I ended up calling the delivery service, Mr. Delivery, and told them the story. The kind woman on the phone was shocked. She ended up refunding the purchase on behalf of Mr. Delivery (though it wasn't their fault!). Needless to say, I won't be buying stale, old food from Bell's Pizza again.

this is a weird little place that i'm glad exists. they make cheap pizza-style food. what's there to complain about? the quality? it's cheap pizza-style food... greasy and delicious. cheap and convenient. it probably wouldnt be amiss to try to be a bit accustomed to low quality food before embarking on a bell's pizza adventure.

Bell's Pizza is TOPS in everyway, the pizza is consistently perfect, even when these guys are insanely crazy busy & losing their minds, (restaurant ppl get this) the food they put out is flawless....the customer service doesn't stray from exceptional even when they've got a line around the block... The quesadilla sticks are freekin' delicious and these dudes make the most amazing peanut butter milkshake I've ever had, IN MY WHOLE 37 YEARS OF LIFE!!! You know how you can tell when your food is made with love??? I guarantee the love affair you're about to start with bells pizza will last a lifetime.. BELLS = ♡♡♡
