Burger King

I went through drive thru at approximately 5:45PM Monday at dinner time. Fast efficient friendly service. The young man working drive-thru when out of his way to accommodate me when I forgot to transfer money into my account and I had to pull over transfer and come back you make sure my food was hot and ready. Definitely a pleasant experience!

I've been here 3 times. All three times were terrible. They either take forever giving your food (waited 15 min once in a drive through), or forget to give you any condiments (not an add-on but ones that are supposed to be included), or they've hearing problems and can't hear you, or the food is hard and shriveled (onion rings were so hard, they might break your teeth), or they forget you ordered a meal and hand you just the sandwich. Customer service was terrible too. They can't wait to get rid of you, even if you smile and act civil. Don't go here. If you have to, don't forget to do their jobs for them and ask for condiments and drinks.

I will not go back. I waited over 45 minutes for my food, just to have them bring me the wrong order. Then had to wait another 25 minutes to get the right order, but it was cold. Then after another 25 minutes got the right order and it was fresh and hot. It tasted like crap and the fries were like smothered in salt. Not only that but the person who took my order was rude as hell and started yelling at me the 3rd time I went up. I will not ever be going back.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with Burger King in my life. I ordered a Whopper Jr with cheese and no tomato, onion rings, and zesty sauce. I got cold onion rings, no zesty sauce, and my Whopper Jr had no cheese on it and still had the tomato PLUS the bun was stale and rock hard. Safe to say I will never order from this location again. If the zombie apocalypse were to hit and it was the only place left on Earth with food, I would starve to death. Just horrible

this is the most disgusting Burger King ever I would not have anybody walk in that place the place is filthy it's disgusting everything's nasty I asked for a simple cheeseburger with light mustard it and pickles only there was so much mustard on the cheeseburger you could not even see it . I asked the manager for my dollar six back and I walked out of there manager didn't say sorry he didn't say nothing. the manager should be fired too because he lets this goes on disgusting gross absolutely worst Burger King ever

Customer service is dead... or at least this is what this Burger King is telling me. We have employees wearing earbuds, employees talking rudely about customers in the drive through(the customers at the front counter aren't deaf, people). They talk to you without making eye contact or smiling. Are you guys to good for the job... switch places with a homeless person. I will say thank you to my server,Shari. Throughout all that stress and rude team mates, you alone managed to stay positive, polite and although our food took a while, you came back to apologize and let us know it would be ready soon. You are not to blame for your teammates and managers lack of customer service.
