Amazing quality food. Everything one eats here from the Aussie rolls to the steak tastes phenomenal. Service is also top notch. Only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is they ran out of my top 2 choices on the menu. They also undercooked my wife's steak a couple of times but made up for it by comping her meal.

Had the filet mignon, it was beautifully cooked, their freshly made tortilla chips were absolutely delicious and hot, their bread and butter was so soft and delicious. **The special menu item "chicken con queso" was amazing, they must add it to the menu! we were served by Mr.Adam, We made our orders and told Mr.Adam we don't want any pork products, do the manager Mr.Jeff came himself to inform us everything is made on the same wide grill but everytype of meat is cooked on a specific part of the grill to check if we were comfortable with it and offered to make the burger on a pan. It's so very appreciated guys, thank you so much! Absolutely a 5/5 service, they made this experience even better!

I have been eating here for many years when I am close by. This restaurant is part of GAR, it has excellent food and one of the very best locations in the chain. I go here far more than their other restaurants. It is worth the trip. The service is usually excellent and the food can be amazing! It is worth the visit even if you have to drive and it will not disappoint! Highly recommend the chops, the salads, the Tex mex egg rolls. You can’t go wrong with anything! A great place and great for a date night as well! Enjoy! The Fajitas are also amazing! Some of the best around! Service is always top notch! Food is usually amazing! Go with confidence you will be served a great meal.

Small menu, better than average food, expensive. Seemed like a slightly more upscale texas roadhouse. Had a burger than was undercooked so a bit more mushy on the inside than I prefer. Flavor was good, but certainly wasn't worth the "gourmet" price in my opinion. Didn't even come with fries. Sides were also overpriced. I was sat in the bar area (NOT by request or option) where my tabke of one was serviced by the bar so service was pretty slow, though the guy was nice. If you're taking a date expect $50 a plate at a minimum. Not super kid friendly unless the grandparents are paying for the fancy tenders.

This place is another Great American Restaurant location and the food is great. I absolutely love their fajita, when that sizzling dish come out it smells amazing. Not to mention their chicken tenders are flavorful, love the crab cake and their prime rib are so good. Don't pass up on this place.

Went for my brother’s birthday, and a few times, and had a fantastic time. The food and drinks along with the great staff and the lively environment make the restaurant a special place. All the servers signed a birthday card for my brother and made his day. Please consider Silverados as an excellent option when thinking about eating out! P.S: Thank you to our server, Amy.
