Multiple issues with one order. Ordered our food and paid the bill, pull up to the window to get the food and they immediately ask us to pull around. We get parked, and an employee walks out and hands us a bag. It felt light so I looked into and told the employee bit wasn't our food. He immediately took the bag to a different car and handed the food to them even though I handled their sandwich. A second employee comes out and tries to hand me a bag that wasn't ours as well. The third employee comes out with our bag finally and it had everything in it. Now, you would think that the food was fresh because they had us pull around to begin with, but low and behold, the nuggets were stale and hard, and the mcdouble was cold and not very appetizing. The only thing that was fresh were the plain cheeseburgers because that was the only special order and we got those to give to our dogs. Needless to say we ended up eating the plain burgers and fed the inedible food to the dogs. I'm pretty sure we won't be back anytime soon after that fiasco.

Hire retirees theses kids can't do it. Today I received only an ice cream order. The McFlurrys we're all wrong. Wrong sizes no extra toppings. The job isn't that hard. We all did it at one time or another. This generation though Jesus Christ. We are doomed.

The girl in drive thru looked like she didn’t know what she was doing in the morning. She got our order wrong.. she didn’t couldn’t care less. I used to work at fast food I expect better service.

Had an appointment at the Prescott VA this morning. Gave me the perfect excuse to go to my favorite "fast" food place. Considering I don't eat fast food, was looking forward to this.
Placed my order, "number 2 with a bottle of water, nothing else please." In response, "anything else?" I replied, "no, I'm good." Awkward silence..."what else can I get you?" Lol. Ok. "Um, nothing, just that." They respond, "ok, window 1 please."
Pull up behind the car at window 1. Took almost 4 minutes for the cashier to take their cash, count out the change and hand it back.
To sum it up, they don't listen to you when you order and THEY ARE SLOW. Not fast food.
Probably a blessing in disguise so I didn't eat this garbage

Always dirty inside. A total lack of management is obvious because the employees are screwing around instead of doing their jobs. It's really bad here. McDonald's corporate should revoke the franchise license.

By far the worst McDonalds I’ve been to anywhere in the world. Rude service, super slow, and everything we ordered was either wrong or tasted gross. Absolutely atrocious.
