The Bar - The Avenue

I am so upset with my bar experience. I work downtown so I order from here VERY often. I always get the same thing but for whatever reason the last couple times I have ordered they have been burnt like this. This was my free set of mistake wings and look how awful these look! I called and asked to talk to a manager and he is so very disrespectful and he yelled at me over the phone and told me to order from somewhere else because I am unable to make happy! He hung up on me while I was trying to talk to him! Also told me that all of the food gets looked at before it’s sent out! THEY ARE BLACK!!!! I manage a business and I would never handle a situation like he did and for that I will never order from here again. I spend 40-60 every time I order because I order for my work crew and that no longer will happen, customer service definitely makes a business.

I rarely give 5 stars, but this visit to the bar was amazing. I was pretty impressed with the service, and the food. Wings were hot, crispy and saucy just the way I wanted them. I order spicy garlic parmesan. Crisscross fries crispy and delish. Plenty of ranch sides and celery (crispy and fresh). Beer was on nice and cold and on sale! Who doesn't like that! Our service was very attentive and helpful, I wanted to split two flavors in a set of 10 wings, she suggested a side of sauce if a wanted to try diff flavors. This was the thing I didn't like, would be nice to either have pictures of how the wings 'look' or either be able to order two flavour. Who doesn't like options! Other than that everything was great! A massive game on a very busy day service was pretty slow But friendly staff with good recommendations I ordered the wings they were pretty good only flats And they refused to honor any coupons or special offers For traditional wings which was a total disappointment and one of the only reasons I went to this place
