The atmosphere was good. But. But. When we reach there, we saw that there's a lot empty seats, but we are required to wait for 20-25 minutes. After 25 minutes, we wait for another 10 minutes to order and another 30+ minutes for the food. Total up we waited for almost one hour. (Which it is not packed??) The food was slightly salty. Not sure if will come again.

We had dynamite shrimp for an appetizers. He really enjoyed the salad and sauce. The shrimp was cooked to perfection but very light. We expected more bold flavors. The miso salmon was perfect sauce was a bit sweet lo mien noodles were a bit sticky. I ordered pepper steak and rice. Off top the steak cut was delicious 😋 sauce was good also and large portions. Our server was everything. Didn't get his name but he was a great multitasking the real MVP. It was nice...

So sad I have been here before and the one further south near Gurnee area (which is and amazing PF Changs) this visit was terrible. We called ahead and the gentleman was very polite on the phone, however arrived to a lady who was older and very rude and told me id have to wait an hour without a reservation. I ordered simple honey chicken for myself and my kids and it was not at all honey chicken it was completely orange chicken! Which yes is good but I can't do spicy even though it isn't a lot of spice I couldn't eat much and I've been craving their honey chicken for a long time. Then I mentioned it to the server and he said he'd bring me honey sauce which again was not honey at all its not hard to tell the flavor of honey vs not honey. The steak that had been ordered in one of our meals was so well done and dry it flaked off in strings (was ordered medium). The only good things were the pork dumplings and the lettuce wraps. Oh and not to mention the rib meal that was ordered to go was so small and $30 itself. I will not be returning to the one in appleton sadly.

It was very cold inside, when we were seated I asked to be moved to another table as the vent was directly above us, they did move us one table over, it was still cold. I had a Japanese old Fashioned, it was very good. My wife had a peach Boba tea (which she loved), I had their signature lo mein combo with beef, chicken, and pork, My wife had the Tonkotsu Ramen with chicken. Both were very delicious. Others must have complained about how cold it was, because by the end of our meal it started to warm up. I would definitely return to try other menu items.

I was a dishwasher here and started on Monday and the way that these other dishwashers clean EVERYTHING they don't even clean the dishes properly! They just spray it with a hose and runn it through the sanitizing machine with soap and the plates and all the cooking utensils come out with specks of food on it still! This is how they do the dishes and I was properly cleaning the dishes by hand which the other dishwashers do not do! I was so inbarrased to take the stack of plates out in front where the customers could see that there were still specks of FOOD STILL ON THE PLATES!!! This is almost 90%of all the dishes that are put away and not scrubbed. Very disappointing to put away dishes that the other dishwasher was cleaning and having to put them away.i quit that job. Very disappointing to work with other dishwashers there that don't put in effort to clean the dishes... Even when I came in for the interview and sat down where the two plates were I could see specks of food still on the dishes. That is disappointing

Quality of food and services are very inconsistent at this location. Unfortunately this has consistently been on a downward trend over the months. Recently it hit a new low with curbside pickup. I had followed all the instructions and prompts. Soon after an employee brought out food to another vehicle and then came over asked my name and told me it would be a minute. This is the last time I heard or saw anyone. Fast-forward 30 ish minutes and still no food. At this point I went inside to a virtually empty restaurant. Finally got someone's attention and the told me it's been waiting a while. I voiced my concern on it being cold and they walked away. I got home and the food was room temperature at best if not cold. In addition the containers were all full of sauce etc... It very unfortunate especially when they are not busy. They seamed more interested in chatting amongst themselves. I definitely would not recommend until the make some drastic changes.
