The place is beautifully decorated to be seen as a high class dinning experience. The service is on point and nice. However, the food is also very important. But, it is just pricey, not in a good way. The quality definitely didn't match the price tag. One can get the same plate of food at a normal Chinese sea food restaurant with a okay price tag and have it taste much better. We were very disappointed on the taste of each dish. There really isn't much to write about it. It is just your standard fare. Won't be returning to this restaurant in the future.

The House special sizzling fish in black bean sauce tasted great however, it was mostly parts of the fish I would throw away after filleting it; such as the tail and fins. It also seemed expensive ($23) for not getting a decent cut of fish. The steamed shrimp dumplings were a little dry but tasted good. The service was lacking as well.

It’s been a long time since I’ve eaten here and I had fond memories of food and service that’s why I made the bold suggestion for my family to enjoy our holiday lunch here. To my disappointment, not only was the promised time 2x longer, they ignored my family several times in favor of other guests waiting less time than us. The only difference is that they speak Chinese and we don’t. On top of that, we had to wait for 15 min after sitting down for anyone to get our order while the other tables around us were being served promptly, and some even came way later than us. The food is okay - but it was not that special to me anymore. The only time they were attentive is towards the end when we are about to pay. If there is half a star, I will press it.

Overall the dim sum experience was pretty descent at best. This is my second time here, first time being about five years ago where the wait was looonnggg! So this time time I arrived here, with a party of three, 7 minutes after opening which was 9:30am on a Sunday. Upon entering I noticed four other parties already seated. At China Red, you don't see the traditional cart pushing, where each cart would walk by each table telling you what they got, instead you get a paper and pencil to mark what you want. After we submitted out paper, the food came pretty fast, too fast! The food came out pretty cool or luke warm, like it was sitting out. We ordered 12 dishes, I don't remember them all but what stood out (still not warm-ish) was the Siu Mai, Har Gow & Steamed Pork Ribs. Har Gow and Siu Mai was big, pretty good flavor. Steam Pork Ribs was plentiful and good flavor too. Noticeably Underwhelming (to include not being warm) dishes were chicken feet, (my all time favorite dish) Shrimp Cheung Fun & leek dumpling. All of them were pretty bland. The chicken feet was not soft and the flavor wasn't there. Overall, the biggest thing was the food wasn't warm which making the taste not so appetizing. Service was amazing, they would come buy and take our empty dishes, refill our tea pot, asking how we were doing etc.

This was a 5-star dim sum eatery. They are high in price but the quality was always exceptional. During my latest visit, something changed. The lobako was flavorless, the Had Gow insipid and their once wonderful sticky rice was dull. I don't know what happened but they should fix it as soon as possible.

Went for lunch. Food was very good. One of the better dim sum restaurants in the area. Everything is very tasty. Pretty good service.

This is an extremely popular lunch and dinner place. The luncheon selection is vast, and dim sum is excellent there. The shrimp dumpling was excellent as well as the soft rice wrapped with shrimps or roast pork. You can order a selection of stir-fried vegetables, and the roast pork buns are a very good... the place gets to be packed... Be prepared to wait.

Oh my GOD, the food here is GOOD! Sadly, I don't have photos, because if I took a minute to take them, that was less time for eating. I had some tough competition at my table! Tip: If the parking lot is out of spots, and you end up turning right, CAREFUL! The right side of that lot has a dilapidated sign saying it's exclusively KFC's. My folks parked on the left, so hopefully that was ok. PRO-TIP: Get on Lina's good side. She's awesome at taking care of us. Where would I be without her? She's the BEST!
