Dim sum here feels average to above average in pricing, especially as other restaurants have stepped up their prices. The service is a bit behind but its hard to blame them perhaps given the low numbers of staff and the fact that they're running everywhere to keep pace of everything. Would I come back again? Maybe? They have all the basic dim sums plus a menu filled with various standard Chinese rice and noodle dishes

Food quality is fair. The two eggs ordered as over easy was served well done and completely brown on one side. Server mistakingly refilled my coffee with tea instead. He ignored my comment to him and didn't bother to amend the mistake. With other short coming in getting our food properly served, its service quality is just terrible.

In terms of 2022 prices, $3.98 per dim sum dish is very reasonable. I've been to every large dim sum restaurant in SGV over the past 20 years. I can't speak for the take-out, but the dine-in shumai were the best I've ever had in the 626. They are huge, very tender with a ton of pork/shrimp and was piping hot. Too many places serve shumai with slightly gamy pork and shrimp that has a muddy flavor. I'm amazed that a lot of people don't notice this. To be fair, 90% of the shrimp sold in supermarkets also taste muddy to me. The chive dumplings also stood out with a very generous amount of tasty shrimp, although the skin was slightly overcooked. We were surprised about the quality of dim sum here, so no photos. However, I'll be uploading photos within the next 10 days because I'll most definitely be going back.

Okay food but rude af service. If your customer wants hot mustard, you don’t deny and say that the food you order doesn’t qualify for hot mustard. Rude to tell me how I want to eat my food and what I want to dip it in. This is the SGV and there’s plenty of places that will provide way better service and food that Is even better. Get a clue and learn how to service your customers.
