Red Robin

This location is in the Santa Anita Mall on the second floor. There is outside seating overlooking the parking lot area and plenty of indoor seating. Spacious and large restaurant with a large menu of burgers, some sandwiches, fish & chips and other dishes. The bottomless refillable fries that come with most meals or can be added is awesome but I have never been able to get a second helping after wolfing down the whole burger. Service was good and the drinks were the same. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Lots of TVs around if you wanted to watch a game. Love eating the appetizers and the kids had several options including pizza and corn dogs. Great place to meet friends and family for a good meal and conversation. Will definitely be back again.

We we're sited right away and the service was good and the food was good, the only thing, that bother me was that they charged us ghost hot dipping sauce? which the waitress should've let us know before she offered it to us and that it would be extra? kinda disappointed for a restaurant, also our burgers came with bottomless fries and she said they had curly fries, Texas fries and garlic fries. Then in the bill also the garlic fries where charged extra and then she said they didn't have curly friend but she had sweet potatoes fries?? This lady was confused all over the place..and just for 4 of us 2 adult and 2 kids no dessert, 1 beer $60bucks. I think it was too much just for burgers, but other than that, our food was delicious Just in the future please let the waiters know, to let the customer know, what is extra before they offer it, because for us the waiter said they can't remove those stuff from our bill ? Also they wanted to charge us for entertainment tablet? which we didn't even have at our table?? so they had to remove that charge for sure...🙄

Chain restaurant serving American food - mostly burgers, some sandwiches, wraps, and salads. They have a good rewards/birthday program and bottomless sides - fries, steamed broccoli, coleslaw, salad, etc. We sat at the bar recently and service refilling the sides was slower than on previous visits. Lots of TV's throughout the restaurant and a screen device at the table where you can pay your bill - including splitting the bill. There are also games available for purchase on it while you wait.

Great place. Horrible waiter. Specifically Tammi. Asked her to please not put too much ice and well this is way too much. Asked for a medium well burger, brought me a medium rare burger. And argued I was wrong. Said she would bring fries. I've been sitting here 25 minutes and still no fries. Have been waiting the 25 mins as well for my shake. Atten Manager: Have a word with your rude employee.

Red Robin is awesome. Sometimes I can’t eat it at the spot so I to go the mean burgers. Mann it reminds me when I was young and came here to get their unlimited fries when I was broke. The salt is their specialty and rain that baby all over the fries. Remember folks, Red Robin has unlimited fries!! Woo hoo!!

Absolutely horrendous! My family and I have enjoyed Red Robin for many years; however, they have truly gone “downhill”. My wife was served a burger which contained a very large hair in it. The manager was very nonchalant about the whole ordeal. Truly, I can say, without hesitation, “We will not be returning to Red Robin again”.

Great restaurant to eat at. Numerous choices of delicious burgers to choose from and a great drink selection. Ordered pretzel bites for 2 that lasted throughout our stay. My burger was great and it comes with a small handful of fries because you also get bottomless pit of a side of fries. Also there is a game device on the table to help pass the time and have fun. One could also order more food from this device if need be. Great overall experience. I would appreciate it if there were sanitation wipes at the end though. On a side note, we can hear staff communicate with each other and it creates a friendly environment when you hear them laughing and having fun while working. Edit: Just remembered. They charge an "Entertainment Fee" on your bill as well. Had to take off a star for that.

Food was good. Large selection of burgers so you'll find what you like. The endless bottom of fries is a definite perk and for the kids have endless salad but at least this time wasn't mentioned or offered..Our server was barely around. The girlfriend ordered a drink that never came, but also wasn't on the bill. After not seeing our server until almost done with our food, decided not to get it. There's plenty of other choices in the mall. Nothing really stood out to come back unless you're in the area and wanting a decent burger.
