Ordered a hot honey chicken sandwich from the drive through window; after eating half the sandwich found out it was completely raw and uncooked in the middle. Not sure how a fast food restaurant can't even figure out how to deep fry chicken, but there it is. The cashier said I had to come back in a couple of days for them to fix it because the manager doesn't work weekends, which is just adding insult to injury.

Came here late night with my girlfriend, in Hope's of getting a bunch of food lol. After arriving and asking for thick burgers they said they did not have those, spicy chickens, or several drink selections. It was around 9 or 10 so I think they just looked at the cook and were either busy cleaning or just didnt want the hassle. We left empty handed.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered 3 burgers all the same lettuce wrapped with sauce on side. Gave us wrong burgers then gave us non lettuce wrapped burgers and didn't give the sauce on the side.

No one was at the counter when I try to use the bathroom to wash my hands before ordering food the bathroom was out of order oh well I guess you don't want business?

2nd worst Carl’s Jr. experience ever
Had a bad experience at the Temple city location a end of summer last year
Figured I’ll give it a shot again
Wrong choice
Don’t have half of the drink options
And they refused to refund because “no manager on-site”
Same excuse last year at the other location
Still waiting from last year to be contacted my Carls Jr corporate

Clean, convenient multiple entrances into the parking lot for the drive through. Friendly staff. The drive thru is 24 hours and there usually is a small rush around midnight to 1am. Nice breakfast.

Carl's burgers are better than that of most other fast food chains, char-broiled and freshly made. Advertised specials are great values.
