Qin West Noodle Restaurant in the Arcadia Westfield Shopping Center features an excellent freshly prepared menu of delicious noodle dishes,fast friendly service and large portions.
Family friendly and near lots of stores and places to see.

I love their noodles before but a warning... I don't know what they did but it recently tasted like the noodle was watered down. Tastes like trash now. Don't go to this location if your looking for good Chinese noodles

a small no frills noodle shop up in the the promenade area. the beef noodle soup is good value for the portion and the amount of beef they give you. however in the menu the pic doesn't look like it's spicy and there's no spiciness option so you would think it's mild right? but look at the pic I uploaded. it's not spicy to me but it could be a challenge for some people. also it's a bit greasy.

Very small location and limited menu but delicious. The soups had a good balance of veggies and meat to noodles. Quick service.

made our way here.
We each ordered a drink and our own bowls of noodles to share. My favorites were the beef flank noodle soup and the zhangjiang noodles. These two reminded me of Taiwan. I would definitely come back for these two items. The herbal tea is refreshing to wash down with.
Located at the Promenade for the Santa Anita Mall outside. Service was friendly!

Had the Zha Jiang Mian; was pretty delicious. Loved the fresh sprouts and cucumbers. Noodles have a great texture. The sauce was a little too salty in my opinion and definitely could use more "black soy bean flavor" that's classic in this dish. This small restaurant has good service, located in Westfield Santa Anita. They use disposable plateware which I actually like because of cleanliness in general. Good place. Will return
