Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Second time at Cheddars this time the food was much better. Smaller location than the other but we were greeted and seated immediately. Service was 4/5. Only two recommendations would be for her to smile at least once and use a drink tray. She was great with refills, prebussing, and getting the order correct. Just needs to be a little more friendly attitude and don’t carry all the drinks between your arm and pinned against your chest(shirt). Not very sanitary at all, drink trays can be intimidating but also a servers best friend. Also I know some establishments don’t provide their servers with drink trays, if this is the case they should. Food was hot and fresh. Dijon Chicken with mushrooms was amazing. Bar drinks did take awhile to get brought to the table. By the time we received the bar drink it was already melting.

Grab your purses and get a table! This was a great establishment. The food was excellent and service was GOLD star. Sebastian was our waiter and when I tell you he has a Master's degree in customer service, you better believe he did a fabulous job with our party of 6. He was so attentive and friendly. Our food was hot, fresh, and tasty. It also was in huge servings because our plates were overflowing. I didn't know if Cheddar's was this delicious! My T-bone steak was cooked to perfection (Medium well) and seared to perfection 👌🏾. THANK YOU, Sebastian, for making our pre-Mother's Day celebration a meal to remember. You are wonderful!

Our water was fabulous! KD was courteous, regularly asked if we needed anything else ( without going overboard) and made sure our drinks were full. I had the 8 oz bourbon glaze salmon. The flavors were spot on but the portion size was greatly underwhelming. IF I ordered this again I would have to get double salmon to feel satisfied. 8 oz is just to small but I didn't know what that would translate to but based on the beautiful picture on the menu I was hopeful. If it had been that size I would have been elated!

This was my first time ever going to a Cheddars. I ordered blackened Salmon that was cooked too, the seasoned rice seemed a little under cooked, the mashed potatoes were just ok, the broccoli was seasoned well, but turned me off when I came across this piece that was clearly rotten before it was cooked. I did thoroughly enjoy my croissant with the honey butter. I may try another location because I was always told it had pretty delicious food. Try again next time🤷🏾‍♀️

THE WORST SERVICE EVER !!!! So I’ll make this post quicker than the 15 minutes I was waiting with no interaction from the wait staff. I entered the restaurant and was seated with no problem. That’s a good thing. And that was it. For the next 15 minutes I sat there waiting, and not a single person came by to even ask if I wanted water. At that point I realized if basic service was this incompetent, I could only imagine how bad the food would be. I know we’re in a pandemic but basic service couldn’t have suffered this greatly. In short I left I spent my money elsewhere. This place has definitely seen better days. I will not be returning.

First, our server was amazing. Very attentive and sweet. But that is the only good thing about it. We've been going to this location for years and used to enjoy it. The silverware was dirty, we went through 6 sets of silverware to find a clean one. The food was OLD and cold. The mashed potatoes were so old a crust had formed on them, french fries were reheated and potato chip crunchy. My sons burger was basically raw, everything tasted like old grease. Baked potato was so hard you couldn't get your fork in it. It made us nauseous. They did offer to bring a replacement but by that point we had lost our appetite. Overall just a horrible dining experience.
