Bronx Pizza And Subs

Very nice place to grab a quick slice of pizza on your way home, in between errands, or just when you feel like having a tasty slice of pizza! All of the pizzas I tried here were very good… although I only tried the plain cheese, pepperoni, and sausage and pepperoni mixed slice. Although I think the drink options could be better, like some craft beer options and more soda options, maybe even some natural sodas. Otherwise, just about everything else is good.

I had come in for a quick bite to eat today, because I had actually visited the place just two weeks ago to see what kind of food that they had to offer. One of the first things that I noticed about the place, were the pizza slices that they were selling. I noticed the price two weeks ago was $4.00 at the time, and I even mentioned what a fair price it was to the person who was working behind the counter. Fast forward two weeks later to today, and zi saw that now the price was ,$4.25. I mentioned that I noticed the price had increased to the gentleman who was working behind the counter, and he gave me this smug look, and basically didn't respond. After that interaction, I capitulated and ordered a pizza slice anyway. I then tried to pay using my credit card as usual, and again this guy came to me with his you know what attitude, and said that there was a minimum order of $5.00 in order to use my credit card. I think this person enjoys irritating his customers, because he da!n sure irritated me! The pizza slice itself was fine.

Pizza just not good. Sauce tastes like tomato soup, with less flavor. Additionally our order was messed up. Ordered a pepperoni pizza got a cheese pizza, that was cold. Not a good experience. I would avoid this place if you are looking for pizza. Can't speak for their other offerings but the pizza is terrible.

I'm from NYC so the wall was a blast to the past. We got a whole pizza pie with extra cheese. The pizza is great, the flavor is there. However the server that prepared the pizza needs to practice how to work the dough to get the right crust. It's still 5 stars because we also took a Ham n cheese calzone made fresh by a different and more experienced server. I cannot forget the service, the gentleman there was great and very helpful. We love the place and will be back soon.

Needed a quick bite to eat. The store front did not look promising, but most places open at 11:30. It was 11:15 and this place opens at 11:00. So, I figured I'd give it a shot. I was further pessimistic because their prices are less than the better decorated places. The food was great. Very good pizza and highly recommended
