Denny's

I came here a couple weeks ago and the food was really good. I came here today and the food was terrible. The hash browns were slimy and tasted off. The pancakes were horrible, they tasted like they were cooked in grease. My toddler couldn’t even eat the sausage, he took a bite and spit it right out. The food was ready within 10 minutes so I don’t know what happened today. Very disgusting. I had to throw all 3 plates away.

Walked it man at register said just a minute not even looking up. Waiter very nice Ayman j seated us & took order. He was very polite & prompted. As we walked in we noticed there were many tabled still dirty and as we waited for our food no one was attempting to clean tables. I went to the rest room and there was a employee (long hair ponytail) laying on a booth snoring. As we were finishing our meal Ayman J woke him up & he slowly started cleaning. Food was ok but the Pancakes were very dried out. Could not get all 6 dirty tables due to customers.

Hit or miss on food quality and service. Sometimes good service, most of the time terrible service and short staffed. Lucky if you get 1 coffee refill sometimes. While there, several groups of people walked in and waited to be seated and as nobody would approach them, they would walk out. Menu changed recently (as of March or April 2022)

If I could give 0 Stars I WOULD! We placed an order online. Ordered confirmed. Drove to this location and requested pick up. Manager then proceeded to inform me he had no orders, amd tild me i was at the wrong lication. I walk back to the car to get the phone to show him that indeed we were at the correct location, and the order was placed. He then again tells me that he jas no orders. So I go back a screen, and start to place an order the "old school" way (You know, walk in, tell the man behind the counter what you want, he tells rhe cooks, and boom you have food.), when this Manager looks at me with glassed over eyes and says you already ordered online. To which I replied but you have orders so know I'm trying to place one. Things quickly escalated from there. I explained I had an upset wife in the car, the long haired, unkempt, scraggly, long bearded Manager (stereotypical stoner) accuses me of being "high", then tries to pull his power card of "I'm refusing you service." card. Not that I cared, because at this point I had already decided I'm not eating here, ask him why. To which he responds "I'm being aggressive"...so I showed him what aggressive really looks like verbally in front of all 3 employees and an empty dinning room. They wonder why they have no business...worst experience ever at any food establishment...and thats saying something. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEIPLE YOUR HARD EARND MONEY.
