Domino's Pizza

Awful experience. I highly recommend not ordering from this location. We stayed at a hotel in the area a little over a week ago and wanted to order in for supper. Ordered through the app and was charged about 70.00 for our food and delivery. Cool, whatever. Well about 15 minutes later they call and the guy says "you'll have to come get your food if you want it cause we only got one driver" .... not very professional but I can look past that. I sent my husband up there and they told him the order wasn't paid for ( which is a lie because the app makes you use a debit card if your order is over 50.00) so he told them we definitely paid and I sent him a screenshot of the charge on our bank account. The worker told him that they voided that payment because they didn't think we were coming ( even though I clearly told them we would when we called) they refused to let my husband take the food "without paying" and ran our card again but this time told him it was declined. My husband was irritated at this point so they said he could just take the food free if charge so it wasn't wasted. I check the account and we were charged another 65.00 but they assured my husband the initial charge would drop off. He brings the food back and my pizza was wrong of course but we ate it anyways. It's been over a week and no refund on my supposedly voided order. So basically I paid 135.00 to not only not have my food delivered but to have the wrong order given to me as well.

Used the drive up car delivery which I have many times and this is the first time they did not deliver in two minutes of which I did receive a free pizza per the national guarantee. So, I had to go inside to pick up my food myself noticing that there were four individuals just standing around who could’ve easily brought out the food. Thankfully they did apologize but it would seem a manager would want to avoid free pizza if possible when employees are easily available .

I placed a large order (10 pizzas 5 orders of wings and dessert) and they did NOT mess up anything. Everything was baked a made to perfection. The staff was also very welcoming and polite. The food was also extremely satisfying. Detectable!!! Just an overall pleasant experience!!!! I am DEFINITELY going back.

Ordered my pizza an hour ago and still saying it’s being prepped. I called the store and have been on hold for 10 minutes. I definitely would not recommend and will be reporting to corporate. It seem like this is the normal for this store. It’s too late to order something else to eat so now I’ll be stuck out.

Absolutely the worst. We tried to avoid delivery and pickup the order because last time they took our order and wouldn’t deliver it. Absolute chaos when we did and they gave it to us. We gave them another chance tonight but decided to pickup because they are short on drivers. They did us no favors. The food we got was put together long before we got there by someone who obviously doesn’t care about anything. Don’t bother trying to communicate with anyone there as they just don’t care. My family and I are done being ripped off at this horrible location.

The last two times I have ordered from here were awful. They call to say they are too busy to deliver so I have to pickup the order or cancel it. Then I go pick it up and they can’t refund delivery charge or the tip so I wasted an extra $15 and had to pick it up myself while they kept delivery and tip.

Staff members blast music and refuse to answer calls. My bowls (marinara or cheese) are NEVER prepared correctly. Always complains of being understaffed (been saying that for a year now). App/mobile order hasn't worked for TWO YEARS. Can't place a order online or call it in. Tired of little caesars but Dominos apparently isn't an option either. You all should just close up shop at this location at this point. 0 stars really
