Chuck E. Cheese

My family and I came to the Arlington, TX location and even though they were having technical difficulties with the computers, the host (Diamante) that assisted us was very professional and kind. The line was getting longer, yet she never lost her cool. She assured that our order was taken as timely as possible and showed compassion for the longer than usual wait time. Diamante deserves the highest praise, she is awesome at her job!!!

Game were fun although not many options to choose from. Straws have nothing covering them so litteraly anyone can just touch them. Not very sanitary if you ask me. Sweet tea tasted a year old. Most the sodas were watered down. One of the soda machines didn't even have ice and the pizza took 45 minutes just to make it to our table. DO NOT COME HERE. The only reason I didn't rate a 1 star was because my family had a good time with some of the games. But overall just horrible customer service.

Horrible experience. Half the games here took my money and didn't work (don't even think you'll get a refund), the place is dirty, the employees acted like they didn't want to be there and had no idea what they were doing, pizza took FOREVER, they were out of souvenir cups, and overall Chuck E Cheese has lost that fun and magical feeling that it had in the 90s. Not impressed what so ever.

This is the location we come to to have fun. Lots of space, more games, clean and fun. Salad buffet is always fresh and wiped of any messes, consistently. Pizza is great. Took my children to a birthday party at the RedBird location and it was small. More seating than games. No wiggle room and stuffy. This location is open with high ceilings, and two separate sections for smaller children to enjoy without getting trampled by happy older kids. I let my children run around and I get some work done on my laptop using their wifi. Really like coming here on nights I dont feel like cooking and want to tire the little ones.

Had a party and service was terrible. Much time wasted waiting on thr host. Table wasn't ready when we arrived, lost food order, didn't get all the food, birthday song and cake we had to do on our own. Was rushed to leave for the next party becuase they were bigger. Do not recommend for birthday parties for the cost you spend.
