Hanabi Ramen

I'm a big fan of this place and their ramen. Whenever I'm in town this is my go-to ramen place. I always get the Tom Tom Ramen. The best in my opinion and definitely my favorite. The staff is attentive. And the wait isn't too long. The inside is pretty small so you can't really linger for too long, because there's always a line of people waiting to be seated so keep that in mind. Overall recommend 10/10 💫

Great fried Tofu. Light and flavorful. The sauce was really good. I would definitely order this as your appitizer. I had the tonkotsu chirashu ramen. The broth has such deep flavor. The chirashu was tender and amazing. The egg came the way I like it (runny in the middle). The fat from the meat, the pickled ginger and scallions enhanced,but did not overpower. Great meal.

Thoroughly enjoyed their vegetarian ramen! The broth was hearty and delicious, which is hard to come by for vegetarians. It lacked in spice, so I had to add a lot of additional spice for my palette. The portions were enormous and I couldn't finish mine. Would definitely recommend the place! It was packed for dinner on Saturday, so do call and reserve if you're planning to visit here. Friends also loved their chicken and pork based ramen, and their matcha ice cream with pancake (doraiyaki) was a perfect dessert for sharing.
