Sonic Drive-in

They are getting ONE star because there is not an option for ZERO stars. We go every day to this sonic and order 3 drinks. No food. Not complicated drink orders. A route 44 coke, Large Dr. pepper and a RT 44 Sweet tea with extra ice. The orders are ALWAYS WRONG. We have a 25 minute wait NO MATTER HOW SLOW THEY ARE. Now, to dodge their slow service, they have begun closing out orders after you finish your request and resetting the screen. Then bringing the orders out and taking your card inside to charge it so they look like they’re working fast. They don’t listen. They are rude and speak over anyone that tries to explain what has happened. They don’t care and don’t want to. Over the course of the last year, this sonic has gone from fast, organized and well run to the EXACT OPPOSITE. Arlington would be better served closing this location as opposed to having it open and ran in this manner.

I am a long standing Sonic fan. The level of service we experienced today was unacceptable & honestly surprising. When ordered, after 20-25 minutes we still had not received our order and had already paid. We saw multiple people pull in & receive order during the time we were there. Frustrated, I pushed the call button and it was just canceled, wife got out twice to catch the server to inquire. We requested our money, after another 10” wait, assuming it was the mgr, met her half way & could only say they didnt see order & had just received the order. No apology, explanation or effort to get our food, she refunded our card & handed over the receipt. Afterward, reviewing reviews….I see why we had the experience we did, this apparently has been occurring for awhile & hasn’t been fixed. Poor customer service, rude staff & no accountability. In closing, don’t bother with the standard response stating I can escalate if want….that appears to be a common response on your reviews & is evident no front line management/correction is/has occurred. Good luck & I’ll just choose to never return…..unfortunate & a needless loss of a frequent customer! Disappointed ☹️

It was good the sandwich could have been more put together. And they forgot my bacon! Fries were semi fresh!🤔whatever happen to fresh fries when you order...it's a drive thru we have to wait for the so called fresh burgers anyways. The fries being hot AND fresh would boost your business sales SONIC!! ITS ALL ABOUT TIMING. The burgers were hot tho I'll give them that part. Overall it was decent. I'd go back... P.s. your in a busy area at this location!!! FRESH Hot fries 🔥🔥🔥🔥...can't say it enough!!!

This location is complete trash. We have visited here multiple times and every single time is a complete disappointment. We have tried different days and hours, but it's always the same result: old and cold food. Don't bother ordering any type of fried chicken item! I'm pretty sure they fry everything in the morning and then just let it sit all day, until they run out. The fries are never fresh. The bread is stale half the time. The service is subpar at best. Pointless to call and complain about you're order being trash because no one will EVER answer the phone. Just do yourself a favor and drive the extra 10 minutes to a different location.

Welcome the worst Sonic on planet earth! It's obvious the individuals who work here have no dignity or self-worth as seen in the way the place operates. Whomever owns the franchise - you should be ashamed of yourself. If your employees are a reflection of how you run a business...well, you missed the mark and need to find another endeavor too fulfill your needs.
